Cinema Operations Supervisor

Join ASRI as a Cinema Operations Supervisor and lead the seamless operation of our state-of-the-art cinema facilities in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff schedules, and ensuring that our cinemas and retail outlets meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the guest experience and drive sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our cinema and retail facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
• Manage a team of 10-15 staff members, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all products are stocked and displayed correctly.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Manage the cinema's ticketing system, including box office operations and online bookings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the cinema or retail industry.
• Proven experience in managing a team and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Strong knowledge of cinema operations, including ticketing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as NCR or Elavon, is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
