📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage invoices, payments, and financial transactions for Australian strata properties.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Xero or similar accounting software.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable and payable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and payable, preferably in a BPO or similar environment.
• Proficient in using Xero or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Australian financial regulations and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
