📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain optimal water quality parameters (pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen) using advanced water testing equipment.
• Perform daily feeding and stocking activities to ensure the health and growth of fish.
• Implement disease prevention and treatment protocols to maintain fish health.
• Record and analyze hatchery data using software like Excel or AquaData.
• Assist in hatchery maintenance, including cleaning tanks, filters, and equipment.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance skills.
• Support the team in hatchery inspections and quality control checks.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives and environmental conservation efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
