As a Digital Marketing & Design Intern at Roche, you'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies. You'll create visually compelling content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma. You'll also manage our social media presence, crafting engaging posts and campaigns that resonate with our target audience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Create and manage social media content, including graphics, videos, and posts, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma.
• Support the marketing team in analyzing and interpreting data to measure the performance of digital campaigns.
• Assist in the coordination of marketing events and campaigns, ensuring they align with Roche's brand guidelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials, such as brochures, infographics, and presentations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and design, and share insights with the team.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing files, scheduling, and coordinating with vendors.
• Contribute to the development of marketing reports and presentations, ensuring they are accurate, well-researched, and visually appealing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma for graphic design and content creation.
• Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for web design and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
