Develop and implement social media strategies to engage target audiences and drive business growth,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies,Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all platforms,Manage and grow our social media presence through organic and paid strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role,Proven track record of success in managing social media accounts,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social),Experience with content creation and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
