PT Optima Restu is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Waiter to join our team. As a Senior Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. This is a full-time position located in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat, offering a competitive salary of Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 7.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.,Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to the table.,Maintain a clean and well-presented table, including setting up and clearing dishes and utensils.,Recommend menu items based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions.,Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and find appropriate solutions.,Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant, including stocking supplies and cleaning tables.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared and served according to customer requests.,Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff effectively.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with restaurant operations, including POS systems and inventory management.,Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as trays and dishes, up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
