🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency
• Strong knowledge of data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Experience with process optimization software like Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
