📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and sales tracking.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and answering inquiries.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and achieving sales targets.,Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and sales tracking systems.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
