Hotel Hendra Geprek is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions and ensuring the smooth operation of our cash handling processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing all cash transactions and ensuring accurate financial records.,Handling customer payments and providing excellent customer service.,Monitoring cash levels and ensuring compliance with company policies.,Preparing and reconciling daily cash reports.,Training and supervising junior cashiers.,Resolving customer complaints and issues related to payments.,Ensuring compliance with banking and financial regulations.,Managing the cash drawer and securing cash at the end of the shift.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Knowledge of banking and financial regulations.,Ability to perform basic arithmetic and financial calculations.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
