📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the sales process by greeting customers, providing product information, and processing sales transactions.
  • Operate the cash register and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage customer transactions, including processing returns and exchanges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist in stock management by ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints or concerns.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a sales or cashier role is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be able to start work immediately.
