Sungil Philippines Corporation is seeking a dedicated ROW Coordinator to join our telecom infrastructure projects team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Right of Way (ROW) process, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for the telecom industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the ROW process for telecom infrastructure projects.,Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, landowners, and community leaders.,Ensure compliance with local regulations and policies related to land acquisition and ROW.,Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays.,Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on ROW progress and status.,Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure ROW activities align with project timelines and budgets.,Assist in the resolution of any disputes or conflicts that may arise during the ROW process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in ROW coordination or a similar role in the telecom industry.,Strong understanding of local regulations and policies related to land acquisition and ROW.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
