📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of retail stores, including staffing, inventory, and sales.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Monitor store performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.,Manage store budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high standards of service and sales.,Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute store events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create a pleasant shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
