📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and disciplining as necessary.
  • Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the restaurant meets the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Represent the restaurant at industry events and conferences.
  • Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including food safety and labor laws.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including accounting and inventory management systems.
  • Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
