Moon Max Jaya is looking for a dedicated and experienced Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we source high-quality materials at competitive prices. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and consistent supply.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to prevent stockouts.,Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.,Collaborate with other departments to meet their material and supply needs.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
