Conducting job analyses and writing job descriptions,Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions,Conducting interviews and assessments,Maintaining a strong network with potential candidates,Providing feedback to hiring managers on candidate suitability,Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires,Managing the recruitment budget and tracking recruitment metrics,Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills
