📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine the skills, qualifications, and experience required for each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source top talent.,Coordinate with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist them in the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
