📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.,Assist in the preparation and administration of patient meals and fluids.,Monitor and report any adverse events or changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare providers.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Maintain a clean and organized patient room, following infection control protocols.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification as required by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
