NEXA Dinamis is looking for a talented and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design process, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring that all design projects meet the highest standards of quality and user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.,Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow and develop their skills.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure that all design projects align with business goals and user needs.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.,Create and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into your work to keep designs fresh and innovative.,Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, and advocate for design solutions that meet business and user needs.,Manage the design workflow, including task assignment, progress tracking, and quality assurance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of work to demonstrate your skills and expertise.,Proven experience leading design teams and mentoring junior designers.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.,Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs.
