📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of multiple stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor store performance, including sales, inventory, and customer satisfaction, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all stores.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing and product availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.,Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
