📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Lead and mentor a team of store managers to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Implement and monitor store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
