📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure efficient and effective operations,Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of medications and supplies,Prepare and dispense medications according to prescriptions and medical orders,Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures,Provide pharmaceutical care and counseling to patients,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively,Proficient in using pharmacy management software,Familiarity with local and international pharmacy practices,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
