In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage inventory processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to maintain optimal inventory levels,Implement and monitor inventory control systems and procedures,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement,Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management practices,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement inventory strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role,Proven track record of successfully managing inventory processes,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian
