In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing financial advice to the management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily accounting operations including invoicing, cash receipts, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Train and supervise junior accounting staff.,Handle cash and bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team.,Monitor and control cash flow to ensure the company's financial health.,Conduct regular audits to identify and correct accounting discrepancies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a cashier role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
