🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
