📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent customer service and support.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales data.,Assist in the preparation and organization of sales presentations and materials.,Provide product and service information to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns.,Support the sales team in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Assist in the coordination and scheduling of sales calls and meetings.,Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and document preparation.,Assist in the development and maintenance of customer relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with sales and customer service software and tools.,Ability to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
