PT Eka Pilar is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Garut, Jawa Barat. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds with a combination of office and remote work. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resources needs, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolutions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Support the HR team in organizing and participating in training and development programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document management and data entry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
