Duta Indra Dental Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. As a Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our clinic and ensuring the highest level of patient care and service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, including scheduling, patient care, and staff management.,Ensure that all clinic policies and procedures are followed and that the clinic is maintained to a high standard.,Manage and motivate a team of dental professionals and support staff to achieve clinic goals and objectives.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and grow the clinic's patient base.,Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain a high level of patient satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with other clinic managers and the corporate office to ensure consistency in clinic operations and patient care standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, healthcare management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in a healthcare or business setting.,Strong knowledge of dental clinic operations and patient care standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.,Familiarity with dental insurance and billing processes is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Ability to travel to the clinic location for meetings and other required tasks.
