📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for logistics drivers, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial interviews and reference checks to evaluate candidates' qualifications and work experience.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and facilitate interviews and assessments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities using ATS and HRIS.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including document verification and orientation.
• Provide support to the HR team in various recruitment-related tasks and projects.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Proficient in using ATS and HRIS tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
