📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with government officials to align social welfare initiatives with broader government policies.
• Manage a team of dedicated professionals, providing leadership and support to ensure program success.
• Represent the Head of Social Services at meetings and conferences, both locally and nationally.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social welfare, incorporating new strategies into existing programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing social welfare programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in social welfare, government administration, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing social welfare programs.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
