Export-Import Coordinator - Logistics & Trade Compliance Specialist

As an Export-Import Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all export and import activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate all export and import activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipping arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including but not limited to, customs laws, trade agreements, and export control regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other key stakeholders in the supply chain.
• Monitor and analyze trade data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and submit customs declarations, commercial invoices, and other required documents for shipments.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping instructions and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of trade documents.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and trade compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import coordination or a related role.
• Proficient in using trade compliance software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
