Space Smart Unggul is looking for a Deputy System Administrator to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Providing technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitoring system performance and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.,Ensuring the security of the company's IT systems and data, including implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures.,Assisting in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies, including software and hardware upgrades.,Providing training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.,Documenting IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Experience with system administration tools and technologies, such as Active Directory, VMware, and Microsoft Exchange.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.,Fluency in English is a plus.
