📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing production schedules and workflows.,Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient operations.,Monitor production progress and report any issues to the Production Manager.,Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with production protocols.,Support the Production Manager in training and developing production staff.,Assist in inventory management and procurement activities.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.,Provide assistance in preparing production reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian language and culture is preferred.,Ability to travel to different production sites if required.
