📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company goals.,Managing and supervising the work of department heads and other key personnel.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Representing the company in meetings with clients, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.,Monitoring financial performance and preparing reports for the General Manager.,Leading and motivating the team to achieve targets and objectives.,Ensuring the safety and well-being of employees and the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.,Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.,Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
