🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in technical operations and management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing technical projects and teams.
• Certifications in relevant technical areas, such as Building Automation Systems (BAS) or Facility Management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using technical software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM 360.
• Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to technical operations in the real estate sector.
• Experience in working with large-scale commercial projects, particularly in the mall and retail sector.
