📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, including navigation, cargo handling, and maintenance.,Comply with all maritime regulations, including safety and environmental standards.,Maintain a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.,Manage and supervise the crew, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated.,Plan and execute voyages, including route planning and fuel management.,Conduct regular safety inspections and drills to ensure compliance with regulations.,Handle communication with port authorities, maritime authorities, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and record all vessel operations and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MM) or equivalent.,Proficient in English and local language (Indonesian).,Good knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Experience in cargo handling and vessel maintenance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Valid First Aid and Survival at Sea certifications.
