• Prepare and cook a variety of Western dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role in a Western kitchen.
• Proficiency in using kitchen tools and equipment, including grills, ovens, and stoves.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with using kitchen software and tools such as POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
