📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the FP&A team in forecasting revenue, expenses, and profitability for Southeast Asia markets.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support commercial decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial projections for commercial initiatives.
• Provide financial support to the Commercial team, including market entry strategies and pricing analysis.
• Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in commercial finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP and Power BI, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for commercial operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Professional certification in financial analysis or a related field is a plus.
